Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or book a test with Sorus Labs (“we”, “us”). By booking, you agree to them. If you book for a family member, you confirm you have their permission to share their details with us.

We offer home sample collection, laboratory testing and digital reports. Home collection is currently available in Surat, within 5 km of our Athwagate, Adajan, Vesu labs. Bookings depend on your address being serviceable and on slot availability; we confirm the area while you book. We aim to collect within your chosen slot but cannot guarantee exact timing in every situation (traffic, weather, safety).

To book, we verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. That number becomes your patient account: you use it, with a fresh code each time, to sign in to My reports and see your bookings and reports. Keep access to your phone and WhatsApp secure, and do not share a code with anyone — our team will never ask you for it.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees when you book. Nothing is charged online: you pay the amount shown on your booking when our phlebotomist collects the sample, by cash or UPI. Home collection is free unless your booking says otherwise.

Please give accurate details and follow any preparation instructions (for example, fasting). Incorrect information or missed preparation can affect results or mean a repeat collection.

Reports are released in My reports once they are verified by the lab. Results are for information and should be reviewed with a qualified doctor. Complimentary report counselling does not replace independent medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

To the extent permitted by law, Sorus Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
